Marvin Gonzales
Marvin comes from sales. He built a sales office in Frankfurt from scratch and then moved into tech recruitment at TEKsystems. Today he combines both: he opens doors with companies and with candidates.
What he brings
- 01Building from zero
He built the German-speaking market for a US health platform. In 2025, more than 200 licensed therapists started.
- 02Tech recruitment for banks
At TEKsystems he placed Java, Python and COBOL specialists as well as project, programme and product managers across DACH.
- 03His own tools
He builds AI-supported sourcing and outreach workflows and tests them on reply rates instead of volume.

Daria has been recruiting for more than eight years, in executive search, agency and in-house. She has filled over 100 senior and executive positions across Europe and twice built a recruitment function from scratch.
