Privacy

• This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.
• Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties.
• We only process personal data if you contact us.

3. Hosting

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Contact form

If you use the form, we process your name, company, email address, optionally your phone number, your topic and your message, only to answer your request and prepare a possible mandate (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.

The website does not store your details. They are forwarded to us by email via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and arrive in our Google Workspace mailboxes (Google Ireland Ltd.). Transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We delete requests once they are closed, unless legal retention duties apply.

5. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

On the contact page we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether a request comes from a person. Data such as IP address and browser information is sent to Cloudflare. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Email and WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button is a plain link. Only when you click it does WhatsApp open, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), whose privacy policy then applies. You can always reach us by email instead.

7. LinkedIn links

We link to our LinkedIn profiles. These are plain links without embedded plugins.

8. Candidates

If you write to us as a candidate, we process your details to discuss suitable roles with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We only share your profile anonymised. A company receives your name and CV only with your consent. Retention: TODO: define period

9. Transfers to third countries

The controller is based in Georgia, for which there is no EU adequacy decision. TODO: legal basis for transfer to Georgia

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to marvin@dmr-int.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example in the EU member state where you live or work. We do not make automated decisions under Art. 22 GDPR.
