An example from 2025
A US health platform wanted to launch in the German-speaking market with no local network. We built the pipeline from zero, spoke to every candidate ourselves and supported them through onboarding. In 2025, more than 200 licensed psychologists and therapists started on the platform.
Basis: our own mandate since June 2025, DACH and US. 890+ candidate calls, 74% of them qualified. Counted are actual starts.

Marvin comes from sales and tech recruitment. At TEKsystems in Frankfurt he placed Java, Python and COBOL specialists as well as project and programme managers for banks. Since 2025 he has been building the German-speaking market for a US health platform, using his own AI-supported sourcing tools.
Partner · Finance and healthcare
In more than eight years, Daria has filled over 100 senior and executive positions across Europe. At LEDR Executive Solutions in Frankfurt she built the corporate finance, private equity and M&A desk and led a team of six consultants. At AVIV Group (Axel Springer, KKR) she built talent acquisition from scratch.
